Thirty years ago, Panera Bread founder Ron Shaich wanted to improve the fast dining experience. Over the years he became a leader in the fast-casual movement, working to make warmth, deliciousness, and trust key elements of the Panera experience.

Today Panera is a multi-billion dollar restaurant chain in the middle of an 18-month innovation and service-based revamp called Panera 2.0, a multifaceted strategy to differentiate themselves from their fast-casual competitors and improve the guest experience.

Every year, the Groupe Speciale Mobile Association (GSMA) holds the Mobile World Congress (MWC). It’s a fantastic event, and in 2015 the massive international gathering included more than 93,000 corporate mobility leaders.

Like other trade shows and events, MWC is where executives come to connect, learn, develop relationships, grow, and get excited about the industry.

Payroll Apps Should Deliver More Than a Stub

Getting your first paycheck at a new job is exciting. However, it quickly becomes a routine event. As ordinary as getting one becomes, paycheck stubs contain vital information that employees need to be able to read and access each pay period. They need to be able to make sure all of their tax and withholding information is accurate. They need to check that their hours are correct (especially important for hourly workers who frequently encounter labor law violations). They want to see paid time off accrued, as well as other reimbursements and information.

Along with most business processes, accessing pay stubs and benefits has not only gone digital, it’s also gone mobile.
